AECMC Privacy Policy

 

All-European Church Music Committee (AECMC) is part of the ROCOR Synodal Music Commission according to the Synodal decree № 4-2-20. This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

What data do we collect?

AECMC collects your personal identification information (name, country you currently reside in, email address, phone number), comments, feedback, reviews and recommendations you submit to us. AECMC collects your data so that we can provide and operate our services:

How do we store your data?

AECMC is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by AECMC adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of card information by our store and its service providers.

AECMC securely stores your data on password protected offline storage. We will keep it indefinitely, unless you advise us about the opposite.

Marketing

AECMC would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies:

  • ROCOR Synodal Music Commission;

  • Synodal School of Liturgical Music (ROCOR);

  • Diocese of Great Britain and Western Europe;

  • German Diocese.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out any time later. You have the right at any time to stop AECMC from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other partner companies.
